Shipping
Orders are dispatched daily from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before midday (UK time) will be dispatched on the same day, orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following business day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an order dispatched email with a tracking number.

We ship worldwide and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout once your shipping address has been entered.
Evri next day delivery is used for most UK mainland addresses – if you would prefer your order to be shipped with Royal Mail, please contact us at support@rudirect.co.uk to make this request.
We guarantee the safe delivery of your order – on the rare occasion that a shipment is lost or damaged in transit we offer a full refund or a reshipment. Please check the tracking information before emailing us at support@rudirect.co.uk if you have any concerns regarding a shipment.
Returns
We accept returns for unopened and undamaged goods. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, please email us at support@rudirect.co.uk if you would like to start a return.
UK customers will receive a QR code that can be presented at a Post Office or Collect+ Parcelshop, where staff will print a return label and accept the parcel for return. Customers outside the UK who wish to make a return will need to post the items back to us directly. Our mailing address can be found on the “Contact” page.
Ordering from the EU – No Import Charges
RUdirect is registered under the EU IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) scheme. This means we collect sales tax (VAT or the local equivalent) at checkout and forward it to the relevant EU tax authorities - this avoids delays in customs and extra import charges.
The IOSS scheme applies to orders with a value up to 150 EUR excluding tax (approximately 180 EUR including tax), and all of our individual offers are priced within this limit. However, if you select multiple items, your total order value may exceed the threshold. In such cases, we do not collect tax at checkout, as import charges will instead be payable by you upon delivery. You’ll know if your order exceeds the IOSS limit because the checkout price will be lower than what’s displayed on the website, and the tax line will no longer appear at checkout.
